TORA DI PEPE DI CAMAIORE

Ingredients for 4 people

300 g. of boiled and drained rice a slice of bread softened in water a small bunch of cooked swiss chard chopped parsley pepper grated pecorino or parmesan cheese 2 eggs.

Preparazione

Prepare a savoury puff pastry; butter an oven dish, roll the pastry thinly and pour over the mixture of the other ingredients, level it out, then tuck in the edges and and cut creases around the edge. Finally put it in the oven.

Vino suggerito

A fresh white wine, soft delicately aromatic and with a good persistence of taste.
